Wow, it’s been 3 years since that snow trip Tish and I took up to Mount Buller in 2008. Gawd, fun times indeed.
There were 6 of us. Ian, Lynn, Steph, Kat, Tish and I.
Only deciding to spend a day in the snow, we took a 4 hour bus ride that left Melbourne at 5am in the morning, only to return the same day by 11pm!
But that was the least of our worries. Our major concern was for good to triumph over evil… in terms of the weather, I mean.
I don’t remember TOO much of what exactly happened. 2008 was a year I stupidly decided not to blog (but instead attempted vlogging), so I can’t accurately recall the happenings throughout the year.
Actually, why do I even bother. I should let the video do the talking and just shut my rambli…
I just went on Facebook to look for photos from the 2008 Buller trip and totally messed my head up in the process.
I found this instead. A yeti?
Instead of finding the photos I wanted, I found an album marked as Mount Buller 2007.
In my head I tought that it couldn’t be right! Why would I mark the video as Mount Buller 2008 and the photos as Mount Buller 2007. I had to do a complete brain rewind.
It looks like I actually made a trip up to Mount Buller in 2007, and another in 2008.
I don’t have photos of the 2008 Mount Buller trip since I used the camera to take a video, so I can’t recall the company we went with. Maybe it was just Tish and I, since no one else was in the video? But then again, I can’t be sure…
Two more weeks ’til the big trip up to Falls Creek with 13 of us.
